Warranty Terms:

Our 15 days return warranty starts the date of receiving the product. If you have any problem with the item please feel free to contact us immediately.

 

Warranty Process:

Then kindly follow these 3 steps:
1. Please describe the issue and provide us pictures (under 2MB) that display the problem, the item outer package.
2. Once we have reviewed all the details above, we will arrange a return or refund or resend process .
3. Please ship the package according to the reply provided by our team.
To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process, please indicate in the email all the details such as your order number, OEM number, or the product name.

Faulty items:

We check all items/accessories before sending them.Upon the product's receipt, please check the product in 15 days.Except violent transpotation and artificial broken, within 15 days , all non-artificial faulty items can be returned to our warehouse aftering contacting with our Customer Support Team .If there is quality problem on the product , we will resend you a new product after we receive the return items or refund you.The freight will be shoulder on us.

Not faulty items:

If the item is not faulty but you are dissatisfied with it, please feel free to contact us in 30 days quality guarantee service. Kindly explain to us the situation, we will allow a return for an exchange as long the item is unused/unworn with all its labels, tags, and original packaging. Shipping fees to return the item(s) to us and to resend the exchange will be covered fully by the customer.We will refund you in 10 days once we receive the return items.

Missing products/accessories:

We check all items/accessories before sending them, this occassion should be extremely rare. Please contact us as per our 3 steps as above, we will offer you a solution.

Size&fitting and wrong product:

Due to the wide offer available on our website, customers are responsible to review the size and to choose the right item.
-If you have received the wrong size, indicating the delivered size and the size you have ordered. Please kindly let us know whether the fitting is too small or too large.If you need to change the product ,the freight is shoulder by customer.
